All services are subject to availability, property type, access conditions, and suitability.
3. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings may be made through our website, email, or phone.
A booking is not confirmed until it has been accepted by us and, where applicable, payment has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule a booking where necessary, including where the requested service is unsafe, unavailable, or unsuitable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information, including:
- Full name
- Contact details
- Property address
- Preferred service date and time
- Access instructions
- Any relevant property or safety information
You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time. If access is not available, the service may be delayed, rescheduled, or treated as a missed appointment.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may vary depending on property size, service type, access conditions, or additional requested work. Any extra charges will be discussed before the service is carried out where possible.
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our website.
6. Service Delivery
Our services are delivered in person at the customer’s property.
We aim to complete bookings within a reasonable timeframe based on availability, location, and weather conditions where relevant. Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to operational requirements.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may request a cancellation or reschedule by contacting us as early as possible.
Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may qualify for a refund or reschedule, subject to our Refund Policy.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failed access may not be eligible for a refund.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Completed services are generally non-refundable unless there was a clear issue with delivery or service quality.
9. Service Limitations
We will carry out the booked service with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee the removal of:
- Permanent stains
- Hard water marks
- Scratches
- Pre-existing damage
- Structural defects
- Damage caused by poor access or unsafe conditions
We clean accessible areas only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Liability
We take reasonable care when delivering our services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing defects or damage
- Damage caused by incorrect customer information
- Losses resulting from lack of access or unsafe conditions
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a service if:
- The property is unsafe
- There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour
- The customer has provided false or misleading information
- The service cannot be carried out safely or properly
